How a collection works

There is no shopfront. A driver collects from your door, the work is done, and it comes back to the same door — usually within 2 to 3 days.

Four things happen, and none of them need you to be at home.

Most of our customers are working couples and families. The round is built around people who are not in during the day.

  1. 01

    Book a window

Send us the block, the unit, a window that suits you and roughly what is coming.

  2. 02

    The bag is collected

Leave it outside the door if you are out. The driver takes it from there.

  3. 03

    Washed, cleaned or pressed

Wash and fold is weighed and done by the kilo. Dry cleaning and ironing are handled piece by piece.

  4. 04

    Back at your door

Collected and returned within 2 to 3 days. Next-day return if we collect in the morning.

Eight years of the same round

We have been running collections for eight years, and the same driver covers the same estate every week. It sounds like a small thing until the week you are running late, or the bag is heavier than you said, or you need it back a day early. Customers know who is coming, and the driver knows the block.

Where we collect

The central and eastern estates of Singapore.

Collection hours

Monday to Saturday, 8.00am to 8.00pm. Sunday, 10.00am to 6.00pm.

How it is arranged

Online, from this site. There is no shopfront to visit.

Delicate and vintage pieces

Some things do not belong in a machine, and plenty of services will simply refuse them. We take them. Hand-stitched detail, old linings, beading, a dress that has been in a wardrobe for thirty years — these are handled by hand and inspected before anything is done to them. Write to us first if you are unsure, and we will say honestly whether we can help.

Start with one bag.

Book a window this week and see how it goes. Most people move to a standing collection after the first one.
