The driver collects from your flat. If you are out, leave the bag outside the door — that is normal here.

What we clean, and what it costs
Wash and fold is weighed by the kilo. Dry cleaning, pressing and alterations are counted by the piece. Bedsheets go by the set.

We have been running collections for eight years. Each estate has one driver and one round, so the person at your door on a Tuesday is the person who was there last Tuesday — and the one who remembers which bag is yours.

The pieces other services will not take
Delicate and vintage garments are handled by hand. Hand-stitched detail, old linings, a fabric that will not survive a normal cycle — send them. If you are unsure about a piece, write to us before you book and we will tell you honestly whether we can help.
