There is no shopfront and no form to queue behind. Send us these and we will come back with a confirmed collection window.
- Where to come
Block or building, unit number and postal code. We collect across the central and eastern estates.
- When it suits you
A day and a rough window. Collection runs 8.00am to 8.00pm Monday to Saturday, and 10.00am to 6.00pm on Sunday.
- What is coming
Roughly how many kilos of wash and fold, plus a count of anything for dry cleaning, ironing, curtains or bedsheets.
- Anything delicate
Tell us about vintage or fragile pieces before they are collected so the right hands take them. A photograph helps.

We agree the window
We come back to you with a collection time that fits the round on your estate.

The driver collects
Leave the bag outside the door if you are not in. It goes straight into the van.

It comes back
Collected and returned within 2 to 3 days. Next-day return if we collect in the morning.
